Production & Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. After production, orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while expedited options may arrive sooner.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and customs fees may vary depending on the destination. Please note that any additional customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.
Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

In their original packaging with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear, socks, and swimwear (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or order number.

Ship the return to the address provided in your return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
